We utilise many of Xero’s add-ons including but not limited to Receipt Bank. Receipt Bank is an add-on that can be used with Xero to process supplier invoices and expenses without manual data entry. It uses OCR technology to extract the data which would previously be typed in from the invoices that are scanned in. These then get allocated to the accounting transactions in the software. You will never need that paper copy of the invoice/receipt again as it has been recorded via Receipt Bank.
