At Sopher + Co, we value the importance of culture and team fit. Our selection process is designed to help both parties to make an informed decision.

Depending on the role, you will be invited to attend either one of our assessment centres or a face-to-face interview, which could vary from one to two stages. In all instances, we aim to process all applications in a timely manner.
